“If the main purpose of EW facilities on cruise missiles is precisely an attempt to interfere with interception, then the technology can be very effective, since by rejecting the trajectory of the interceptor missile only half a meter, its (interception) can be prevented”, - the expert noted.
It should be clarified that the advanced cruise missiles are supposed to be used mainly on strategic missile-carrying bombers Tu-95 and Tu-160.
