Light aircraft crashed in the United States.

On October 18, near the town of Chula, Georgia, a Piper PA 28 light-engine plane crashed. Only the pilot who was on board the plane died, Tift County Police said. There were no other passengers. The vessel was heading to La Grange (Georgia) from Merritt Island (Florida).

Causes of the crash is currently unknown, the investigation by specialists. Police are trying to establish the identity of the pilot, who was killed.
