Israeli fighters launched new missile strikes against Syria.

Tonight, Israeli fighters launched another missile attack on the Masyaf area. It is known that several missiles were shot down by Syrian air defense weapons, but some of the missiles still managed to break through the defenses, as a result of which Masiyaf objects were seriously damaged, there are dead and wounded.

The Israeli strike on Syria on the night of April 13, 2019, was quite unexpected, since the Israeli side had not previously reported finding any potentially dangerous objects in the region.

It should be clarified that the positions of Syrian complexes C-XNUMPPMU-300 and the positions of Russian complexes C-2 are located near Masyaf, and therefore, analysts do not exclude that these air defense systems could repel an Israeli air strike against Syria.

At the moment, no official comments on this score have been reported, however, there is evidence that the attack on Syria could have been delivered directly from the territory of this country.

Israeli airstrikes have not yet commented on the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
