Western spy satellites filmed the damaged Crimean Bridge from space.

On satellite images taken by spacecraft, you can see the severity of the damage received by the structure. Two spans of the road bridge suffered very seriously, while the third span sank to a certain height and also needs to be restored or replaced.

Despite a fairly powerful explosion that thundered on the bridge, the supports, judging by both the video footage from the scene and satellite images, were not damaged, which provides an opportunity for the fastest possible restoration of the capacity of the Crimean bridge.

Today, the Crimean bridge operates with a number of restrictions, but communication with the peninsula is maintained.

At the moment, it remains not known for certain what exactly happened on the Crimean bridge a day ago, but the investigation will have to figure out the reasons and circumstances in the near future.
