The head of the Pentagon took responsibility on the United States for launching an offensive against Russia.

As part of the start of the next Ramstein meeting of Ukrainian allies, the head of the US Department of Defense, Lloyd Austin, made an unexpected statement in which he accepted the responsibility for the start of the offensive of Ukrainian troops on Russia on the United States and the Pentagon in particular. According to Lloyd Austin, the offensive of the Ukrainian army will begin this spring - in fact. in two weeks.

“All countries from all over the world continue to increase their efforts and consider new solutions (on military support for Ukraine – ed.). Together, this Contact Group makes it clear that we will support Ukraine in its struggle. We will help Ukraine launch a counteroffensive in the spring.”the US Secretary of Defense said.

Austin's words seem very doubtful, since the Ukrainian army does not have enough military equipment - in the spring, only about 2 battalions of Western tanks may appear in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is clearly not enough. At the same time, the responsibility taken by Lloyd Austin for preparing the offensive indicates that the United States is directly involved in the conflict. This may well lead to an armed conflict between Russia and the United States.
