One of the targets of today's attack was the block where the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was located. A series of missile strikes also affected the Zhulyany military airfield, where, according to sources, two American Patriot air defense systems were located. The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, confirmed the fact of explosions in the center of the capital, which was accompanied by an air raid warning throughout the city.

In the past two weeks, according to available information, the Russian military has focused its efforts on destroying a number of strategically important installations in Ukraine that support the country's armed forces. Among them are significant parts of the energy sector, which Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said were 20% damaged. Additionally, missile attacks on facilities in the Odessa region led to the destruction of production facilities involved in the assembly of unmanned boats and drones, as well as the destruction of bases involved in the repair of military equipment provided by NATO countries.
