The forces of PMC "Wagner" managed to move deep into Bakhmut.

At the moment, the forces of Russian mercenaries taking part in the assault on Bakhmut are already about one and a half kilometers from the city center. Thanks to the intensive advance of the mercenaries, at the moment it is possible to control a significant eastern part of the city, although the fighting is still going on here.

Sources who are well acquainted with the situation report that units of the PMC "Wagner" are already in the area of ​​​​ul. Vatutin, from where they are separated by a distance to the city center of only about one and a half kilometers. Due to the large number of lines of defense built by Ukrainian troops, the advance is extremely slow. However, due to the rapid capture of the city in the ring, the speed of advancement of the assault squads of PMC "Wagner" can increase significantly.

At the moment, fierce battles with extremely serious losses continue on the territory of Bakhmut. At the same time, judging by the video footage published by Ukrainian mercenaries, barricades and fortifications are being actively erected in the city. This indicates that the Ukrainian troops do not plan to leave the city, at least not in the near future.
