The representative of "VIM-Avia" refused to appear in court on the suit of passengers.

According to the source of the portal Avia.pro, the passengers affected by the actions of the VIM-Avia air carrier filed a lawsuit against the company in the amount of several hundred thousand rubles, however, the carrier's representative simply did not appear at the hearing. At the moment, it is known that the plaintiff asked the court to arrest an amount of 869 thousand rubles on the company's current account, however, after the completion of the hearing, a decision on this matter was never made.

It should be clarified that at the moment the situation around the airline "VIM-Avia" is extremely difficult, and the future fate of the carrier will be decided after 22 October.
