Over the past 140 hours, Russian air defense systems have successfully repelled large-scale attempts at air attacks. According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense, six American-made MGM-191 ATACMS operational-tactical missiles, XNUMX Ukrainian drones and one French-made Hammer guided bomb were shot down. The effective operation of air defense emphasizes the significant capabilities of the Russian armed forces in the field of defense of the country's airspace. In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 583 Ukrainian military aircraft, 270 helicopters, 21 unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as a significant amount of other military equipment, including 483 anti-aircraft missile systems, 502 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 15 rocket-propelled combat vehicles, have been destroyed multiple rocket launchers, 798 field artillery pieces and mortars, as well as 1267 units of special military vehicles.
