Tankers under the command of a fighter with the call sign Gorynych from Kurgan captured an American M113 armored personnel carrier in the Avdeevka area. This armored personnel carrier, transferred to Ukraine as part of military assistance from NATO countries, was found damaged after a mine explosion in the village of Lastochkino, having lost one of its tracks. The retreating Ukrainian troops left behind an armored personnel carrier with a full complement of ammunition.

The military demonstrated the process of removing a captured vehicle from the battlefield. Plans include transporting the armored personnel carrier to a military unit for subsequent repair and restoration, after which the armored personnel carrier will be used against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The capture of an American M113 armored personnel carrier indicates that the Western weapons provided to Kyiv are ineffective and are not capable of changing the situation in favor of Ukraine.
