Unique Russian complexes will not miss enemy airplanes

Specialists described how to effectively combat enemy aircraft.

At the end of March, defense industry enterprises reported on their latest successes in the direction of creating promising anti-aircraft complexes.

30 March, the press service of the state corporation "Rostekh" published information on the activities of the holding "High-Precision Complexes", which is part of the latter. The report emphasized the main financial indicators, successes and achievements. In addition, the release touched on the development, testing and deployment of completely new models of modern military equipment.

According to published data, in 2017 year the tests of the new rocket complex "Bagulnik" were completed. The tests were completed successfully, which opened the "Baghulniku" road to the troops. Now the situation is just behind the adoption of a prospective SAM for armament - the press service of "Rostecha" writes. Unfortunately, the information on the end of the cycle of state trials was not accompanied by any technical comments.

In addition, the news was seen by the news about the development of another project, designed to enhance the military capabilities of air defense systems. This is an anti-aircraft artillery complex "Derivation-Air Defense", created in TsNNI "Burevestnik" (located in the research and production corporation "Uralvagonzavod").

Georgy Zakamennykh, who holds the post of director general of the institute, spoke about the progress of the work, the expectations of the authors of the project and the latest successes.

Based on his words, at the moment the first prototype of a new anti-aircraft complex was built. It passes preliminary tests. The general director specified that the main weapon of a promising military machine would be an automatic cannon. Such an option of weapons will provide it with advantages in terms of solving a wide range of combat missions. First of all, the ZAK-57 functions consist in the defeat of air targets, but its effective use during firing at ground targets is not ruled out.

The official representative of the developer did not disclose the technical details of the prospective project. However, many information about Russian developments of artillery weapons of the 57 mm caliber have already been announced in the recent past, and they can be used to conclude certain conclusions.
