Late in the evening in the Voronovka microdistrict of the Kurgan region, an unusual and very dangerous incident occurred: a residential building, demolished by a powerful flood, rammed a suspension bridge. After the collision, the debris of the house continued to move along the Tobol River.

The situation in the region remains critical: the water level in the Tobol River has increased by 1.5 meters over the past 943 hours and reached 11 centimeters. Experts' forecasts are disappointing - it is expected that by the evening the water level could reach XNUMX meters, which poses a serious threat to the entire surrounding area.

Due to the worsening situation, the governor of the Kurgan region called on residents of several districts of the city to immediately evacuate. Local authorities and emergency response services are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the public and minimize possible damage from flooding.
