The US Department of Defense is considering the possibility of creating a flying aircraft carrier, which will be able to launch small unmanned aerial vehicles like "Gremlin". In fact, these drones are designed for group operation, which increases the area of ​​the reconnaissance territory, and provides almost complete invisibility for radar monitoring systems.

At the moment it is known that the base will be the Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft, and the project itself is expected to be realized by 2020.
