It is reported that as a result of an airstrike of the US Air Force, 26 civilians were killed, but the Syrian military managed to avoid losses, since their positions were located in a nearby area of ​​the city.

The command of the US Air Force, in turn, claims that the air strikes were inflicted on the positions of the terrorists of the “Islamic State” (ISIS, a terrorist group whose activities are prohibited in Russia - ed.), And completely refutes the information that as a result of air strikes suffered and died peaceful citizens. However, this case is far from the only one that happened last week, because the Syrian city of Khadzhin, located off the Euphrates, borders on the positions of the ISIS terrorists, as a result of which the settlement is constantly being attacked by coalition aviation.

Earlier, the head of the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded that the UN Security Council immediately take steps to ensure that the military from the United States and NATO left the territory of the Arab Republic.
