In South Wales, a light-engine aircraft pilot made an emergency landing on the beach.

As noted, the pilot of a light aircraft flew from Swansea airport to Popham, but literally after the plane left the airport, technical problems appeared in the control of the aircraft, and black smoke appeared from the engine, as a result of which the 60-year-old pilot decided to make an emergency landing on the beach.

According to the pilot himself, it is quite possible, if it were not for the beach, the plane crash with his participation could not be avoided, and an almost perfectly flat sandy platform allowed him to land the aircraft without much difficulty.

During the incident, neither the pilot nor his plane suffered.
