The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Dagestan obliged the airline “Airlines of Dagestan” to return the aircraft to the Ministry of State Property 4.

The Ministry of State Property of the Republic of Dagestan made such a claim back in December last year, and today it became known that the claim was fully satisfied by a court decision. Thus, Dagestan Airlines is obliged to return two technically sound Tu-134 aircraft and two Tu-154 aircraft.

In all likelihood, the return of the aircraft should take place as early as this month, but it was not possible to clarify the situation as to why a lawsuit was filed.
