Air interception

Denmark published a video of interception of two Russian fighters over the Baltic

In the sky over the Baltic Sea, Danish fighters intercepted Russian aircraft.

Danish F-16 fighters were flown to intercept two Russian combat aircraft seen in the airspace over the Baltic Sea.

As can be seen in the video footage presented, the two Russian fighters are accompanied by at least three combat aircraft. Despite the fact that no violations of the airspace were recorded, it is reported that this is an interception, which is not true.

Experts, in turn, called the behavior of the Danish pilots very challenging, since the distance at which the F-16 fighters were next to Russian combat aircraft was relatively small, while the Russian fighters were actually squeezed from both sides.

It should be clarified that NATO aircraft regularly escort Russian fighters in the sky over the Baltic Sea, which forces Russia to take mirror steps, also sending its fighters to escort and intercept NATO and EU military aircraft appearing near Russian borders.

I watched the video of how 3 fighters fly after a sooooo big "fighter", obviously Russian ... although I am a former naval sailor, I don't know much about airplanes, but they work in the AVIO editorial office (AVIO, Karl, AVIO !!!) my colleagues from tugs ...
