"The Jerusalem Post": Russia will sell to Turkey the Su-57 in exchange for the occupation of part of Syria

In Israel, they talked about a secret deal between Russia and Turkey.

According to the Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post, Turkey can buy Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighters, thereby rendering Moscow a great service, however, at the same time, it is likely that Russia will have the condition to allow Turkey to occupy the northern part of Syria.

“Russia seems to be a key player, so Turkey may need to buy Russian planes in order to get what it wants in Syria”, - cites the Israeli media publication "Military Review».

How reliable such arguments are is unknown, however, experts pay attention to the fact that Russian combat aircraft did not cause much interest in Turkey, especially since the Turkish Foreign Minister noted that the purchase of fighters for the Turkish Air Force will not necessarily be carried out in Russia.

On the other hand, if Russia is unable to coordinate with Turkey a military operation in the northern part of the Arab Republic, then it is likely that the operation could be in jeopardy, since in the event of a Syrian army supported by Russian troops, the Turkish Air Force may strike and disrupt offensive actions in every possible way supporting the terrorists in Idlib.
