A new combat vehicle for the Russian army will be created on the basis of the T-14 "Armata" tank.
After the successful completion of tests of the newest Russian heavy tank T-14 "Armata" and the start of deliveries of this combat vehicle to the troops, Russian designers decided to create a new combat vehicle on the basis of "Armata", which, apparently, has no analogues in the world.
As follows from the information, the developers of the Uralvagonzavod enterprise intend to create a unique rapid-firing self-propelled artillery unit on the Armata platform in the near future. A promising self-propelled artillery mount will be equipped with two 152-mm guns at once, which gives the combat vehicle the ability to fire a shot every 2 seconds.
Taking into account the fact that the Armata platform has already been tested, it will take 3-4 years to implement the project to create a double-barreled self-propelled artillery unit. At the same time, such an ACS will turn out to be very promising, since with a similar rate of fire, the enemy can simply be suppressed with powerful blows within just a few minutes.
In the near future, it is planned to create a whole series of unique combat vehicles for the needs of the Russian army on the Armata platform. In particular, it was previously reported that the developers are planning to create a two-segment tank - a modernized version of the T-14 Armata tank, equipped with 152 mm. tool, etc.
Could not put at least one 152 mm gun instead of 125 mm, and then two six-inch guns at once), nonsense
