In the north-west of the Black Sea, the use of electronic warfare equipment that suppresses satellite navigation was recorded.

A powerful electronic suppression of GPS satellite navigation aids. This is evidenced by the coordinates of ships being replaced with high frequency, which led to disrupted navigation in the region.

Such satellite disruptions have previously been extremely rare in this region, which has raised quite a few questions as to what causes the current anomalies. At the same time, experts do not rule out that we can talk about attempts to suppress the operation of navigation aids for ships, cruise missiles that were just entering the airspace of Ukraine, as well as radar and air defense systems, since at that time NATO aviation was just tracking cruise missiles to transmit information to air defense systems.

The failure of the GPS was observed for at least half an hour, but its nature is still unknown. At the moment, judging by the data of the ADS-B Exchange and Vessel Finder resources, there are no violations of satellite navigation in this area.
