Serious criticism of the fifth-generation Russian fighter and the rejection of a joint project to create a fifth-generation Russian-Indian fighter yielded unexpected results. Katosh called such actions by the Indian Ministry of Defense a very stupid move, because for relatively little money India could get a unique combat aircraft and Russian technologies that allowed India even independently develop your own fifth-generation combat aircraft.
