The American military patrol fell directly into the trap of the Russian military.

A few hours ago, the US military again secretly tried to get into the central part of northern Syria, choosing a route on which the Syrian military had not previously been seen. Nevertheless, the Russian troops managed to foresee the current situation, and the freely moving US military suddenly fell into a trap, having run into several Russian armored personnel carriers, about two dozen military personnel and armored vehicles of the Russian army.

In the photographs you can see that the Russian military deployed a checkpoint right at the entrance to the Syrian city of Kamyshly, although previously the US military preferred to go around the city, moving south. This is the first recorded case when the Russian military managed to intercept an American military patrol in Syria.

According to Arab sources, any clashes between the American and Russian military were avoided, however, it is known that American troops refused to clear the highway, thereby obstructing the movement of civilian vehicles, however, obviously, after a lengthy conversation with Russian officers, they were forced to obey.

It is noteworthy that after yesterday’s incident with the killing of civilians by the American military in the Deir-ez-Zoyra region, there was information that the SAA was ready to respond harshly to any appearance of the American military, up to the opening of fire while ignoring the requirements, which does not exclude the likelihood that today's interception of an American military patrol might be connected with this.
