After a dangerous provocation by American warships and NATO ships a few days ago against Russian Navy ships engaged in large-scale military exercises in the eastern Mediterranean, the Russian missile cruiser Marshal Ustinov unexpectedly headed for the central Mediterranean. Initially, it was assumed that a Russian warship, armed with anti-ship missiles capable of destroying an entire aircraft carrier strike group, was heading for the Strait of Gibraltar in order to leave the Mediterranean Sea. In the area of ​​Crete, the Russian warship unexpectedly took a northerly course and literally began pursuing the American aircraft carrier Harry Truman and its strike group of ships located in the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas.

About 10 hours ago, the Russian missile cruiser Marshal Ustinov was spotted between Sicily and the coast of Greece. At the same time, immediately after the change of course, American military anti-submarine patrol aircraft were sent to the area. At the moment, tracking the Russian missile cruiser is not possible due to the warship's transponder being disabled, however, it is clear that the Russian Navy has taught the US and NATO a very hard lesson, demonstrating that just one warship is enough to wreak havoc right on Europe's backyard against overwhelming odds.
