The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation intends to mitigate the requirements for Russian loukost-airlines.

In particular, thanks to the developed project, the new Russian loukost-airlines will not need to have more air vehicles in their fleet - the minimum threshold value should now be 3 of the aircraft, with the number of seats at least 55. It is assumed that the new conditions will be favorable for the appearance in Russia of new loukosterov, and this in turn will increase the efficiency of air transport in the country.

A typical example was the airline's "Victory", where flights are very popular among passengers.
