Mi-35 attack helicopter crashed in Crimea - one pilot died

The Russian attack helicopter Mi-35 crashed in the Crimea.

According to Russian media, the Russian Mi-35 attack helicopter, during a scheduled flight, made a hard landing in the Dzhankoy area. The combat vehicle received very serious injuries - two people are in serious condition in one of the hospitals, while one pilot died.

At the moment, the reasons and circumstances of the hard landing are not specified, however, a number of sources claim that the car received such serious damage that it can no longer be restored, although at the moment there are no photographs from the crash site of the combat helicopter.

According to some reports, the cause of the crash could be the loss of control of the rotorcraft when performing a maneuver at a low altitude.

“The Mi-35 multi-purpose helicopter is a rotary-wing combat vehicle that has proved itself to be highly reliable. The probability of a technical failure was minimized, although at the moment it cannot be argued that the crew was to blame for the tragedy. As other circumstances are quite probable ”, - said the analyst.

It should be clarified that initially it was reported that as a result of a hard emergency landing one person was injured, however, later this information was clarified.
