The airline "UTair"Intends to issue additional shares to 14.5 billion rubles to pay off existing debts.

The final decision will be made not earlier than 3 March of this year, only after the offer will find support from shareholders. Nevertheless, experts doubt the effectiveness of these measures, since UTair's debt is approaching the mark of 170 billion rubles, and contractors have already made attempts to make the carrier bankrupt.

At present, there are dozens of statements of claim against the UTair Airlines in the courts, and the airline’s property is subject to numerous arrests.
