Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov announced that the latest Russian sea-based Zircon hypersonic missiles will soon begin to arrive in the troops, which indicates that the tests of this weapon have already been completed and, at least unofficially, it has been put into service. countries.

According to the information announced by the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, serial deliveries of the Russian Zircon hypersonic missile systems to the troops are currently being prepared. The situation is similar for the newest Russian Triumfator anti-aircraft missile systems, also known as Prometheus.

At the same time, experts draw attention to the fact that by the end of this year it is planned to conduct several more test launches from Russian submarines - missiles will have to hit both sea and land targets, which raises a number of questions about whether all the necessary tests.

It is known that today the Zircon hypersonic missiles exist in two versions - the first is designed to destroy sea targets, while the second is designed to destroy ground targets. Due to a number of features, the flight ranges of such missiles differ.
