Russian aircraft designers will present the aircraft on hydrogen fuel.
According to information at the disposal of the news agency Avia.pro, within the framework of the expected exhibition "Army-2018", Russian aircraft designers intend to present a small aircraft equipped with engines powered by hydrogen-air cells. In fact, a hydrogen-fueled aircraft is an innovative project for Russian scientists, since such a power plant will enable the aircraft to be in flight for a very long time, regardless of weather conditions.
Initially, as the initial base, it was supposed to use a hydrogen power plant on a small two-seater MAI-223 "Kitenok" aircraft, however, for a number of reasons, the tests were postponed and the project was decided to be abandoned. Subsequently, a specially designed two-seater aircraft was chosen, which made it possible to rework and take into account all the features of this use of such a power plant.
The first work on the implementation of the project of an aircraft operating on hydrogen-air elements began in 2015, and in a relatively short period of time, scientists and engineers managed to accomplish the task.
"Electric aircraft" is an aircraft with a single centralized control and power supply system that provides all the needs of the machine. The new format of aircraft energy sources provides optimal control of the on-board energy and forms intelligent onboard networks.
In 1978 year, we remember going through the defense of a graduate student on the subject of an airbus (!) On hydrogen fuel ... All this has long been invented, and not a miserable Avieta ...
