The main reason for this, according to the data provided by the press service of the domestic air carrier, was two factors at once - the slow paperwork by the Mexican migration services, as well as a brawl on board the aircraft, arranged by a business class passenger.

It is reported that a woman who was in the business class cabin began to behave inappropriately, which was expressed in a rude and insulting attitude towards other passengers, refusal to obey the legal requirements of crew members and even threats. As a result of the incident, the police were called on board the aircraft, who detained the woman, and the flight to Moscow was made without her.
