The planes produced by the Ukrainian state enterprise "Antonov" will switch to Turkish avionics.

According to official data, an agreement was concluded between the Ukrainian state enterprise Antonov and the Istanbul Technical University, according to which Turkish avionics will be installed on the aircraft of this manufacturer. According to preliminary data, the new avionics will be installed on An-132 aircraft, which are by far the most promising ones that are produced by the state enterprise "Antonov", however, there is no official confirmation of this information.

Initially, Ukrainian aircraft manufacturers used the American avionics manufactured by Honeywell Corporation in the production of An-132 aircraft, but later, with the aim of promoting aircraft to the countries of the Middle East, it was decided to use Turkish avionics.

It should be clarified that, despite the fact that the president of Ukraine called the An-132 aircraft a promising aircraft, to date, the production of these aircraft has not been established, which is primarily due to the lack of demand and the disastrous economic situation for the state enterprise Antonov ".
