Serial production of shells for the doomsday gun has begun in Russia

During his visit to one of the enterprises in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced the resumption of production of FAB-3000 aerial bombs, known for their high power. The move is part of efforts to strengthen the country's military capabilities in the context of a special military operation.

However, an equally significant event was the demonstration of the 53-F-864 mortar shell for the 2S4 “Tulpan” - an artillery piece that is part of the arsenal of the Supreme High Command and is described as a “doomsday weapon”. A distinctive feature of the Tulip is its ability to strike with high-power ammunition, including nuclear charges. Even conventional high explosive charges used with this mortar have significant effectiveness due to the unique characteristics of the artillery system itself.

"Tulip" is famous for its ability to fire at the highest possible elevation angle, which allows it to accurately hit targets, including those using active-reactive mines. Such technical capabilities make it one of the most powerful weapons at the disposal of the Russian army.

The announcement of the resumption of production of FAB-3000 aerial bombs, along with the demonstration of powerful artillery weapons, underscores Russia's intention to significantly strengthen its military arsenal.
