The road is blocked in the Dzhankoy area after information about explosions

Temporary traffic restrictions have been introduced on the Dzhankoy–Feodosia highway section in Crimea. This was announced by the Minister of Transport of Crimea Nikolai Lukashenko. The restriction affected the area from the city of Dzhankoy to the village of Pobednoye, Dzhankoy district.

To ensure uninterrupted traffic flow, a detour has been organized. Drivers can use an alternative route via the highway from the border with the Kherson region through Simferopol, Alushta and Yalta to Azov. A detour is also provided through the settlements of Sernovodskoye, Rubinovka and Azovskoye, Dzhankoy district.

In addition, the pattern of bus traffic on regular routes, both suburban and intercity, has changed. Details of the temporary detour scheme will be published in the near future, and transport authorities promise to provide additional information about the lifting of restrictions.

The reasons for blocking the road have not been specified, however, the situation may be related to explosions in the area of the airfield in Dzhankoy, which were reported by local residents. According to preliminary data, we are talking about the operation of air defense systems, however, Mash journalists reported a fire on the airfield, which, however, has not yet received any comments.
