We are talking about a resident of Kaliningrad who bought four air tickets for himself and his family for the Kaliningrad-Kiev-Almaty flight, but the airline representatives, citing the fact that the passengers did not have a visa to enter Kazakhstan, refused to board the aircraft.

The court, referring to the fact that the flight is transit, that is, the passengers had to cross the Russian-Kazakh border in fact, ordered the air carrier to pay the plaintiff the sum of 63742 ruble as compensation.
