A few days ago, the US military air base in Erbil came under massive rocket fire. Contrary to the statements of the Pentagon representatives that the damage caused to the military airbase is minimal, it turned out that in reality, the damage to the infrastructure of the US military facility is very serious.

In the photographs presented, you can see the damage caused to the American military airbase. Apparently, one of the ammunition hit the servicemen's barracks, as a result of which the latter was destroyed by shrapnel and a fire that started after the explosion. Information about the injured and casualties by the current hour is still very vague, however, if the official report reports only one injured American serviceman, then according to unofficial data, at least three servicemen were killed, and another 8 people were injured of various kinds.

It is known that another of the fired ammunition hit the building of the dining room and also completely destroyed it.

By the current hour, it remains unknown whether the equipment that was at the US airbase in Erbil was damaged, however, against the background of the rocket attack, the level of protection of the airbase was significantly increased.
