The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned of the grave consequences of a hybrid war against Russia

The Russian Foreign Ministry has warned the West what a hybrid military campaign against Russia can do.

The hybrid military campaign that the West has already unleashed against Russia is fraught with dire consequences, as Western countries ignore that the Russian army has nuclear weapons, which, if there is a threat to sovereignty or national security, can be used. Igor Vishnevetsky, Deputy Director of the Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced information on this matter.

“A hybrid military campaign has been unleashed against Russia, which is forced to defend its legitimate right to ensure fundamental security interests, fraught with a slide into a direct conflict between nuclear powers”, - said Igor Vishnevetsky during the review conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) at the UN.

For obvious reasons, a slide into a nuclear conflict cannot be allowed, as a result of which Western countries should think about how the military campaign against Russia could end.

A little earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced that the United States and Western allies had unleashed a hybrid confrontation with Russia against the background of the NMD in Ukraine, but they are making attempts to blame Moscow for this, which is absolutely unacceptable.
