Ukraine will receive at least 2023 infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers in 890.

Deliveries of military equipment and weapons in 2023 will be much larger than in 2022. As it became known, only from the beginning of 2023, Ukraine was promised the provision of approximately 890 infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers and other lightly armored vehicles. Given that 2023 has just begun, actual deliveries could be many times larger.

According to the Atomic Cherry Telegram channel, such weapons are enough to fully equip 29 mechanized battalions (for comparison, about 6-7 mechanized battalions took part in the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region). At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will also receive a large amount of artillery - only at the moment it has been announced that more than 80 self-propelled artillery installations have already been provided to Ukraine.

According to experts, the transfer of such a large amount of weapons indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forming several strike groups, and with the presence of such a quantity of equipment, this already poses a very serious threat.

According to a number of estimates, the West can compensate Ukraine for the loss of up to 60% of armored combat vehicles, although there is no talk of full compensation for the lost weapons, for obvious reasons.
