The Palestinian group "Islamic Jihad" (recognized as terrorist and banned in Russia - editor's note) announced the destruction of 11 military vehicles of the Israeli army (IDF) in the Gaza Strip. This was stated in a statement by the military wing of the Al-Quds Brigade group.

According to the source, the destruction of IDF equipment was carried out using Tandom shells and “partisan combat bombs.” The fighting took place in several areas, including Zeitoun, Tel al-Hawa, al-Shati, Sheikh Radwan and Juhr al-Dik.

“Our warriors for the faith were able to hit 11 different Zionist military vehicles”, the group said in a statement.

According to preliminary data, we are talking about the destruction of three Merkava tanks.

Meanwhile, Israel and Hamas, with the mediation of Qatar, reached the first significant agreement since the beginning of the conflict. The parties agreed to suspend hostilities for four days and exchange hostages and detainees. As part of the agreement, 50 Israeli hostages (women and children) will be exchanged for 150 Palestinian prisoners (women and children under 19 years of age). The cessation of hostilities is scheduled for the morning of November 23.
