The Russian Ministry of Defense announced a group strike on military and industrial targets in Ukraine using long-range precision weapons, including the Kinzhal hypersonic missile system. The report states that the strikes were carried out by both sea and air forces.

“This morning, a group strike was carried out with high-precision long-range sea- and air-based weapons, including the Kinzhal hypersonic missile system, on objects of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.”, - informs the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

In addition, Russian missile forces, artillery and attack drones attacked personnel and equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 108 regions. In particular, the meeting place of the commanders of units of the 101st Ukrainian Terrorist Defense Brigade was hit.

In Ukraine, an air raid warning was announced in the morning and lasted for more than two hours. Explosions were recorded in various cities of the country, including Krivoy Rog, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, and Khmelnitsky. Initially, Ukrainian authorities and the media announced false launches of Kinzhal missiles, but then, apparently, real launches followed, which could have contributed to the disclosure of Ukrainian air defense systems.
