Last night, the Russian armed forces carried out a series of attacks on Ukrainian rear targets, using kamikaze drones of the Geranium-2 type, as well as ballistic and cruise missiles. One of the targets was the temporary deployment point of the 40th separate artillery brigade in Kharkov. It is reported that the deployment was located on the territory of a commercial and industrial complex, at the intersection of Koltsevaya and Ludwig Svoboda streets.

As a result of the precise strike, a large-scale fire occurred, accompanied by multiple secondary detonations, indicating the presence of ammunition and military equipment in the affected area. According to preliminary data, the strikes led to the destruction of two BM-21 Grad installations, and another one was damaged. It is also reported that eight servicemen were killed and three were injured with varying degrees of severity.
