In the Zaporozhye direction, in the area between Verbov and Rabotino, Russian troops using heavy flamethrower systems TOS-1A "Solntsepek" carried out a strike on one of the strongholds of the Ukrainian armed formations. As a result of this strike, as Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports, a heavily damaged German Leopard 2A4 tank used by the Ukrainian side was spotted.

Aerial footage captured by a reconnaissance UAV shows the scale of destruction, including surviving but seriously damaged Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment. Particular attention is drawn to the condition of the Leopard 2A4 tank, whose turret weighing over 12 tons was torn off by an explosion, ending up a few meters from the main hull. Significant damage to the upper frontal part of the vehicle is also reported.

The exact type of Russian ammunition that managed to cause similar damage to the German tank remains unknown.
