The Turkish Ministry of Defense invented a fake with the destruction of the Syrian S-300.

Data from the Turkish Ministry of Defense, cited by the Turkish media, reporting the destruction of the S-300 air defense system west of Aleppo, turned out to be unreliable and completely untrue. As it turned out, in this area there are no Syrian air defense systems using a separate long-range radar.

According to Turkish sources, due to the threat posed to Turkish military and civilian aircraft, a Turkish unmanned aerial vehicle was forced to destroy a Syrian long-range radar and a certain complex of Russian production, including the loss of S-300 air defense systems. At the moment, it is known that this information does not correspond to reality at all, especially since the Turkish military has not yet provided any convincing evidence.

“Information that the S-300 air defense system was destroyed in Syria is fake, similar to the destruction of the Pantsir-S air defense system (the latter was destroyed in Libya several months ago - approx. Ed.). Obviously, with such imaginary victories, the Turkish Ministry of Defense is trying to get a rating, however, in just 48 hours, Turkey lost about 10 military personnel, 4 tanks, 5 armored vehicles and 10 drones in Syria, which indicates the crushing failure of Erdogan’s military operation. ”, - the expert marks.
