An explosion occurred in Sumy, a city in northeastern Ukraine, as reported by the local Ukrainian publication Obshchestvennoe. This comes amid serious communications problems following a massive overnight attack involving 36 unmanned aerial vehicles. Damage to communications infrastructure affected four cities in the Sumy region, as well as television broadcasting facilities in the Kharkov region.
