Against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russian armed forces carried out attacks on a number of military installations and critical infrastructure in the territories of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions under Russian control. According to information provided by Ukrainian representatives, these actions led to significant damage to these facilities.

Ivan Fedorov, Kyiv’s representative in the Ukrainian-controlled territories of the Zaporozhye region, through his Telegram channel reported attacks on infrastructure facilities, without specifying their specifics. According to him, in the territories controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 256 explosions were recorded in 11 settlements.

In the Kherson region, Alexander Prokudin also reports damage to a critical infrastructure facility and an administrative building as a result of attacks, the details of which remain undisclosed.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the night attack using drones on targets in the Odessa region. Natalya Gumenyuk, head of the joint coordination press center of the southern defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pointed to the attack by unmanned aerial vehicles. Despite statements about the effective operation of Ukrainian air defense, a certain infrastructure facility was damaged in the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky district of the Odessa region.
