The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired about 70 shells per day in the Belgorod region

The Belgorod region has faced new attacks and shelling from the Ukrainian military over the past 24 hours. The governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported these incidents through his Telegram channel. Information from the head of the region suggests that these events resulted in civilian casualties and property damage.

According to Vyacheslav Gladkov, in the Borisov district, near the Lozovaya Rudka village, mortar shots were fired and 3 shells were fired. Also on the outskirts of the village of Bogun-Gorod, 3 shots from a grenade launcher were recorded. In the Valuysky urban district, the village of Verigovka was subjected to artillery shelling, where 7 artillery shells were recorded.

In the Belgorod region, the village of Ustinka came under artillery fire with 13 shells, and the Nekhoteevka checkpoint area came under attack with a grenade launcher with 10 rounds. The village of Shchetinovka also came under artillery fire.

In addition, attacks by kamikaze drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were recorded. Two civilians were injured and three vehicles were damaged in these attacks.

Currently, the region remains under a heightened level of terrorist threat.
