NATO Secretary General admitted the alliance's involvement in attacks on the Russian Black Sea Fleet

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, during his last speech, actually admitted the alliance’s involvement in attacks on ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. According to him, the Ukrainian army’s attacks on our fleet over the past two years have been carried out using Scalp and Storm Shadow missiles supplied to Kyiv by NATO member countries.

This statement caused a resonance in the world community, since it actually means NATO’s recognition of complicity in attacks on the Russian fleet. However, instead of apologizing and ending support for Ukraine in its confrontation with Russia, Stoltenberg concluded that Kyiv needed more missiles to continue its attacks.

This statement causes serious concern on the Russian side, since it actually means that NATO continues its policy of escalating the conflict in the region. At the same time, Stoltenberg chose not to comment on the question of who exactly is aiming NATO missiles at Russian ships, leaving this question unanswered.

This happened against the backdrop of a leaked conversation between high-ranking German generals who discussed the possibility of using Taurus missiles to attack the Crimean Bridge. The authenticity of this conversation was confirmed by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, which caused shock and bewilderment in Russian society.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has already issued a sharp statement in connection with Stoltenberg’s recognition, calling it “a de facto recognition by NATO of complicity in aggression against Russia.” A number of experts also noted that this recognition could have serious consequences for relations between Russia and NATO, as well as for security in the region as a whole.
