6 Ukrainian BMP M2 Bradley destroyed by Russian ambush fighters.

During the attempt of the Ukrainian army to carry out a counterattack in the Zaporozhye direction, the loss of equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine turned out to be incredibly large-scale. When trying to attack using American-made infantry fighting vehicles, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost at least 6 combat vehicles of this type, while another part of the equipment was hit, but they managed to evacuate it.

In the pictures available to Avia.pro journalists, one can see the consequences of the ambush staged against Ukrainian troops. Some M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles received such critical damage that their armor melted and there were holes on the opposite side of the hull. It is for this reason that the Armed Forces of Ukraine refused to continue using such equipment, asking for infantry and assault groups to fight.

According to official figures, 12 Bradley IFVs have been destroyed to date, which indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are still a serious threat, since Ukraine has received more than a hundred of these combat vehicles.
