In the Kleshcheevka area, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are experiencing serious difficulties in holding previously occupied positions. Exhausted by prolonged battles, the remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces units are forced to retreat.

Over the past two months, the Ukrainian Armed Forces command has lost a significant number of its best units in this area. The politically motivated decision to attack in this direction led to serious losses in both personnel and equipment. As a result of the fighting, numerous cemeteries of military equipment were formed, and the brigades had to include territorial defense personnel and those recently mobilized.

At the same time, Russian troops demonstrate high resilience and strengthen their positions. The strengthening of defensive positions by Russian troops, the effective work of artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles led to the fact that further advance of the Ukrainian troops was impossible.
