US companies Honeywell and United Technologies are actively negotiating on their merger.

According to official data, the management of both companies intend to increase their profits by combining the overall effort and minimizing the costs of various kinds, and, according to experts, the effectiveness and efficiency of such a solution is really quite high.

At the moment, it is known that the companies are more satisfied with the mutual terms of the merger, however, it is possible that the Antimonopoly Committee may oppose this, although there is currently no preliminary negative data on this.

It is assumed that in the event of a merger, the total annual income of a single company will be 94 billion dollars.
