The first image of a hypersonic missile for the Su-57 fighter has been published.

The newest Russian hypersonic aircraft missile, which will be used as the main weapon of the Russian fifth generation fighter jet, first appeared in images. By its appearance, the missile resembles the Onyx supersonic universal medium-range anti-ship missile. Moreover, the missile for the Su-57, apparently, will be designed to destroy land and sea targets.

In the above image, you can see the latest hypersonic missile, which will be part of the Su-57 fighter in the near future. Its technical capabilities so far remain unknown, however, experts believe that the range of destruction of targets in it will be at least 500-600 kilometers. In this case, the flight speed of the rocket is likely to reach 6-7 MAX.

According to previously reported data, the hypersonic aircraft missile is currently being tested, but in the near future it will begin to be supplied to the Russian Aerospace Forces. Moreover, in addition to being used on the Su-57 fighter, this missile can also be used on other combat aircraft.
