Missile attacks were carried out on the infrastructure of Odessa ports. The targets were objects that were used by the Ukrainian side for military purposes. However, the attack on a civilian ship flying the flag of Liberia attracted attention.

According to war correspondent Vladimir Romanov, the ship was allegedly struck by a Russian X-31 missile, as the sea vessel was transporting some cargo for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“The result of an attack by a Kh-31P missile from the Russian Aerospace Forces on a dry cargo ship entering the port of Yuzhny. The ship was sailing under the flag of Liberia with cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces."Romanov said.

As a result of the incident, superstructure structures on the ship were destroyed, which led to injuries to three crew members, citizens of the Philippines, and the death of the pilot.

However, despite the statement of the war correspondent, at the moment the Russian side has not made any official statements in this regard.
